Marketplace offers are subject to both their displayed expiration and the contest's pick deadline.
An open offer must be accepted at least 90 minutes before the applicable pick deadline.
If it has not been accepted by that cutoff, the offer automatically expires and the funds being held in escrow are released back to the buyer's Splash wallet.
This cutoff helps prevent ownership and pick control from changing too close to a pick deadline.
