If one or more players in the entry does not play (DNP), the remaining players in the entry must be from at least two different teams for the entry to be valid. If the remaining players in the entry are all from the same team, the entry will be refunded regardless of whether the selections are correct or incorrect.
In rare instances, an entry may not be matched into a contest and simply time out. Matching is not guaranteed within a specific period and is contingent upon user participation.
All voided entries receive a full refund of the entry fee.
