You use the same SportsVisio account in both the SportsVisio app and SportsVisio Manager (SV Record). Sign up once and the same email and password work everywhere. This article covers signing up and logging in on your phone.
How to sign up or log in
Open the app (either SportsVisio or SportsVisio Manager).
On the welcome screen, swipe through the intro carousel and tap Get started!.
A secure SportsVisio sign-up and login page opens. To make a new account, register with your email and a password. If you already have an account, log in with the same details instead.
Follow the prompts to finish. You'll land back in the app, signed in.
There is no separate email-and-password form inside the app: signing up and logging in both happen on that secure page that opens when you tap Get started!. It handles both new registrations and existing logins.
Reset a forgotten password
Tap Get started! to open the login page.
Choose the forgot password option on that page.
Enter your email and follow the reset instructions sent to you.
Because both apps share one account, resetting your password in one app updates it for the other too.
Good to know
Use the same email you were invited with, so your teams, rosters and player profile connect to the right account.
