If you wore different jersey numbers during a season, the AI may have created two separate player profiles: so your stats end up split. Merging those profiles into one is done by SportsVisio support, not self-serve.
How to get profiles merged
In the SportsVisio app, open one of the affected Player Profile pages.
Use the report/claim options and choose the reason that fits, for example I am not the owner of this profile: and explain that your stats are split across numbers and should be combined.
Support reviews and merges the profiles so your stats show under one player.
You can also reach out directly to customersuccess@sportsvisio.com with the player names/numbers involved and the team.
Claiming and unclaiming your profile
Claiming ties a player profile to your account. Claiming and unclaiming require the Player role.
To claim, open your Player Profile and choose the claim option (I want to claim this profile). See Claim your player profile for the full walkthrough.
To unclaim, use the unclaim option on a profile you've claimed.
Claiming or unclaiming links or unlinks a profile. It does not combine two profiles. Combining split profiles is the merge above, handled by support.
Good to know
Have the details ready: the player name, both jersey numbers, and the team or season. That makes the merge faster.
