What you get
A new program starts with free trial credits: enough to process real games, not a demo. One credit covers the full processing of one game: stats, highlights and everything that comes with them.
The exact number is shown on your billing page as credits remaining. See Plans and pricing for the current trial allowance.
How to use it
Record a real game: see On-location best practices so the trial shows you accurate stats.
Upload it: see How to upload your game video.
Wait for processing, then review your stats and highlights.
Use it on a normal game with proper numbered uniforms. A scrimmage in mixed practice tops will not show you what the product actually does.
How to check what is left
Go to stats.sportsvisio.com â Settings â Billing â Membership and select your program. Credits are per program.
When the trial runs out
Processing new games needs credits. Either pick a plan or buy games one at a time. Both are on the billing page, and both are covered in Plans and pricing.
Do I need to cancel?
If you have not started a paid plan, there is nothing to cancel, trial credits simply run out. If you did start a plan, see How to cancel or change your plan.
