Q: How can I create an account on SportsVisio?

A: You can sign up using your Google or Apple account, or by providing a valid email address and password. Simply choose your preferred option during the sign-up process.

Q: Can I log in with my Google or Apple account?

A: Yes, you can log in using either your Google or Apple account, in addition to the option of using your registered email and password.

Q: What is the onboarding process, and is it mandatory?

A: The onboarding process allows you to personalize your experience by choosing a league, team, following or claiming players, and assigning images, positions, and hometowns. It's optional, and you can skip it if you're unsure.

Q: How do I follow players, leagues, and teams on SportsVisio?

A: You can follow them by clicking on CTA buttons, using the plus icon in each sector, or exploring and searching for specific players, teams, or leagues in the Explore sector.

Q: Where can I find and personalize my profile on SportsVisio?

A: Click on the main card on top of the home screen to access your profile. Here, you can find relevant information about your account, claimed players, player locker, and personal info. You can edit this information by clicking on the pencil icon.

Q: How can I edit my personal account information?

A: Click on the profile icon, then choose "Edit Account Information." You can add your bio, edit your hometown, graduation year, profile picture, and other details as needed.

Q: How can I access a player's stats, highlights, and games on SportsVisio?

A: Click on a player's card to find organized information, compare stats, review games, and enjoy watching special moments. It's all accessible from the player's profile.

Q: How can I find specific teams, players, or leagues to follow?

A: Utilize the Explore sector where you can search for and discover specific teams, players, and leagues to follow.

Q: Where can I find league standings and rankings?

A: If your program has standings and rankings enabled, you can find them in the Explore sector by searching for your league.

Q. Where can I find my scheduled games?

A. You can find them on the games tab of your player, team or league

Q. How can I claim a player?

A. You can claim your account while the onboarding process or by clicking the 3 dots menu of an available player and selecting “claim profile”

Q. Can I claim an account as a coach?

A. No, you can only claim an account if your Role is PLAYER

Q. How Can I watch my game?

A. You can go to the game from the teams game tab or from your player game tab, once you are in the game overview you can click on “watch game”

Q. How Can I report an issue?

A. You can report any problem by clicking on the “report” option within the 3 dots menu of a player profile, game sector, highlight sector, poster sector.

You can also report a problem directly from the “report an issue” option of your account sector

Q. How can I change my role?

A. You can change your role on your account sector on the option “choose my role”
