Yes, first you can download the SportsVisio app, and follow the signup workflow to create an account.

Once you have the app open, you can navigate to the "Explore" tab at the bottom right of the screen and search from your league or team.

If you are a player, we recommend that you find yourself in the app, by name or number, and hit the "claim" button on your profile.
