The Team Sector is where you can view, create, and manage all the teams under your program. This guide walks you through every feature and tool available on the Teams page.
🧭 Accessing the Team Sector
Click the "Teams" button in the left-hand menu.
You’ll see a list of all teams you've created, including:
Team image
Player count
Game count
Creation date
Use the search bar to find a specific team if needed.
➕ Creating a New Team
Click the "Create New" button.
Select "Team" from the dropdown options.
Fill out the team form with the following information:
Name
Abbreviation
Home Color
Away Color
Description (optional)
Allowed characters:
- ( ) _ \ / '
Make sure all required fields are filled out.
Click "Create Team" to save your new team.
✏️ Editing a Team
In the Team Sector, find the team you want to update.
Click the 3-dots menu next to the team name.
Select "Edit Team".
Update the team info as needed.
Click "Save Changes" to apply your edits.
🖼 Adding or Changing a Team Picture
Click on a team from the Team Sector to go to its profile page.
Click "Add Picture" to upload a new team image.
To update the photo later, click "Edit Photo".
📌 Recommended image format: JPG or PNG
🔍 Viewing Team Details
Click on any team in the Team Sector to open the full team page. From here, you can:
👥 In the Players tab:
See the full roster
View player names, numbers, photos, and join dates
Add or manage players
🏀 In the Games tab:
View all scheduled and completed games
See opponents, scores, times, and recording status
You can toggle between Players, Games, Stats, and Analytics tabs as needed.
