Need to add a new team to your program? Follow this step-by-step guide to create a team in the SportsVisio Web Manager.
Step 1: Click "Create New Team"
From the Teams page, click the "Create New Team" button located in the top-right corner.
Step 2: Fill In the Team Details
Complete the form with the following information:
Required Fields:
Team Name – Enter the official name of the team.
Team Color – Choose a color from the dropdown menu.
Program – Select the program the team belongs to.
Season – Choose the current or upcoming season.
Division – Select the appropriate division (e.g. Varsity, 14U).
Team Image – Upload a team logo or photo (JPG or PNG recommended).
Location – Input the city.
Step 3: Finalize Team Creation
Once everything is filled out:
Click "Create"
Your team will now appear in the Teams list under the selected Program, Season, and Division.

You can always return to the team page and update the details at any time.
