How do investments work in Spriggy Invest?

Learn how to make an investment, how long processing generally takes and how your money is invested.

How can I make an investment?

Once your Spriggy Invest account has been opened, you can make an initial or additional investment through the Spriggy app. You can invest using:

  • The Make an Investment feature

  • The recurring investment feature

The payment methods and any current minimum or maximum amounts are shown in the Spriggy app.

Is there a minimum investment amount?

There is no minimum account balance or minimum investment amount under the PDS; however, a minimum deposit of $10 applies when an investment is funded from a payment method using the Make an Investment feature.

These amounts may change, and the current amounts will be displayed in the Spriggy app.

How long does an investment take?

After a deposit is received, ETF units are generally acquired within two business days. Units are acquired at the applicable market prices when the order is executed.

How is my money allocated?

Deposits are invested according to the allocation of the Spriggy Growth Portfolio.

Betashares may first use a deposit to increase investments that are below their target allocation, then invest the remaining amount proportionately across the portfolio.
