How do I request a withdrawal?
To request a withdrawal:
Log in to your Parent Membership.
Tap your child’s profile.
Tap Investments.
Scroll to the bottom of the page.
Tap Need to make a withdrawal?
Enter the amount and tap Next.
Tap Confirm and follow the prompts.
You do not need to sell the investments yourself. If investments need to be sold, this happens automatically in the background.
What happens after I request a withdrawal?
If investments need to be sold to fund your withdrawal, this happens automatically in the background. The withdrawal proceeds are transferred to your nominated bank account.
Is there a minimum withdrawal amount?
There is currently no minimum withdrawal amount, and any current withdrawal requirements will be shown in the Spriggy app.
How long does a withdrawal take?
Withdrawal amounts are generally paid to your nominated bank account within two business days of whichever happens last:
We receive your withdrawal request; or
Any investments needed to fund the withdrawal have been sold.
Can a withdrawal take longer?
Most withdrawals are paid within two business days, but some withdrawals may take longer in certain circumstances.
