You're in full control of your plan. You can upgrade or downgrade any time in the app.
To change your plan:
Open the Spriggy parent app and go to Settings
Tap Spriggy membership, then Membership details
Tap Change your plan
Swipe across to the plan you'd like

Upgrading
Your new plan and features start straight away. You'll pay a small pro rata top up for the rest of your current membership year, so you're only ever paying for the time you've actually had the higher plan. From your next renewal, you'll be charged the full rate for your new plan.
Downgrading
What happens next depends on where you are in your membership.
Still in your free trial: the change applies straight away. Nothing has been charged yet, and you'll be charged your new plan's rate when the trial ends.
Past your free trial: you'll keep your current plan and features until your next renewal date. Your new, lower rate starts from then, so you're not paying twice for the same thing.
Moving off Plus or Premium with Spriggy investment holdings?
Investing with Spriggy is only available on Plus and Premium. If your child has an investment balance, you'll need to sell it down to $0 in the app before the downgrade can go through (child's profile > Investments).
If there's still a balance on your renewal date, your plan stays as is, and you'll keep being charged at your current rate until it's sold.
