How do I transfer back to my Connected Account?

If your kids have completed their savings goals, or you would like to transfer funds back to your Connected Account, here’s how to do it.

If your kids have completed their savings goals, or you would like to transfer funds back to your Connected Account, here’s how to get it done.

Before you start, first move the funds you want to transfer back into your Parent Wallet. Please also check that you’re using the most updated version of the Spriggy app.

To transfer the money in your Parent Wallet back to your Connected Account, follow these steps:

  1. From your Parent login on the Spriggy app, go to ‘Settings’.

  2. Tap on 'Contact help' then 'Contact Spriggy member help'

  3. Tap 'Send us a message'.

  4. Choose ‘Top-ups, transactions or transfers'.

  5. Tap 'Transferring funds back to my bank' and follow the prompts.

It usually takes 5-10 business days for the money to transfer back to your Connected Account. This is due to bank processes that aren’t in our control.
