If you are looking to update your personal details you can do this in the Spriggy app.
How to update your email address:
Log in as a Parent.
Tap the cog icon in the top-right corner.
Select Your Profile, then tap Edit Profile.
Enter your 4-digit PIN.
Tap Email, enter your new email address, and tap Update.
Check your new email for a 6-digit authentication code.
Enter the code and tap Verify Code.
How to update your postal address:
Log in to your Spriggy app.
Tap the cog icon in the top-right corner.
Select Your Profile, then tap Edit Profile.
Enter your 4-digit PIN.
Tap Address and enter your new postal address.
Tap Save.
How to update your mobile:
To update your mobile you’ll need to get in touch with us so we can help. The fastest way to reach out is via our in-app chat. This will let us know who’s getting in touch and we can get straight to helping you.
Log in to your Spriggy app.
Tap Settings in the top-right corner.
Tap Contact Help, then select Contact Spriggy Member Help.
Tap Send Us a Message.
Type in your message: "I need help updating my mobile number"
Tap Send
This message will be sent to our team, who will verify your details and assist with updating your mobile number.
