The Member Help team at Spriggy is always happy to help!

You can contact us by using our in-app chat, web-chat or email.

We recommend using in-app chat as in most cases, this will pre-identify you and we can just straight into helping you.

In-app chat:

  1. Log in to your Spriggy app.

  2. Tap 'Settings' in the top right hand corner.

  3. Tap 'Help'.

  4. Tap 'Member Help'.

  5. Tap 'Start a conversation'.

  6. Tap the relevant subject and follow any prompts.

Web-chat:

  1. Open the Spriggy website.

  2. Tap or click the blue and white chat icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.

  3. Tap or click 'Send us a message'.

  4. Enter your email address.

  5. Write your message and tap the 'send' icon.
