You can change the payment card for your child’s mobile service in the Spriggy app. Check that you have the latest app version before you start.
Log in using your Parent login.
Tap your child’s profile.
Tap Mobile, then Manage.
Tap Update Payment Method.
Tap Change Card and enter your new card details.
Tap Connect Card to save.
