How do I log into the Spriggy Pocket Money app?
Trouble logging in to the Spriggy app? We can help. First up, you’ll need the details you used to sign up (for you and your kids).
For Parents
If you’re logging in for the first time:
Open the app, and log in as ‘Parent’.
Enter the mobile number you used to sign up.
Enter the verification code and select ‘Verify Code’.
Create and confirm your 4-digit PIN.
Alternatively, you can log in with your email and follow the prompts.
If you’ve logged in before:
Open the app and log in as ‘Parent’.
Enter your PIN.
Still having trouble?
If you can’t log in with your email or mobile number, this could be because you’ve updated your details since you signed up. Contact us through web-chat or via email at support@spriggy.com.au and we’ll be happy to help.
For kids
If they’re logging in for the first time
Open the app and log in as ‘Kid’.
Enter the username and password that was set up for them.
If they’ve logged in before
Open the app and log in as ‘Kid’.
Enter username, password and tap ‘Log In’.
If your kids are having trouble logging in
Log into the app using your Primary Parent login.
Tap on your child’s profile.
Tap ‘Manage’ and choose ‘Child’s details’.
Tap ‘Change child's password’ to update their details.
