First up, make sure you’re using the latest version of the Spriggy app. You can update your app for iOS and Android here.
Your child’s login details will be a username and password. These details can be set up or reset in-app by the Primary Parent only.
To set up or update your child’s login details:
Log into Spriggy using your Primary Parent Login.
Select the child’s profile whose login you would like to set up or update.
Tap ‘Manage’.
Tap ‘[Your child’s name]’s Details’ to set or update their username.
Tap ‘Change [Your child’s name]’s password’ to set or update their password.
When your child first logs into the app, they’ll be prompted to set up a PIN which will make future logins easier. Your child’s card PIN is different from their login PIN. Find out how to set their card PIN.
