First up, make sure you’re using the latest version of the Spriggy app. You can update your app for iOS and Android here.
Your child’s login details will be a username and password. These details can be set up or reset in-app by the Primary Parent only.
To set up or update your child’s login details:
Log in to your parent profile.
Tap on your child’s profile.
Tap Profile.
Tap Details to view or update their username.
To reset their password, tap Change child’s password.
When your child first logs into the app, they’ll be prompted to set up a PIN which will make future logins easier. Your child’s card PIN is different from their login PIN. Find out how to set their card PIN.
