First things first, make sure you’re using the latest version of the Spriggy app. Updates for iOS and Android can be found here.
To set up or reset your Parent Login:
Open the app and log in as ‘Parent’ (if there are other saved profiles, tap ‘Log in as another member’ at the bottom of the screen)
Enter the mobile number you used to sign up.
Enter the verification code sent to your mobile number and select ‘Verify Code’.
Create and confirm your 4-digit PIN.
You’re all set!
