If you’ve added your Spriggy card to your Apple Pay or Google Pay wallet and need help with verification, the fastest way to do this is using our in-app chat. This lets us know who’s getting in touch and we can get straight to helping you.
How to verify your Spriggy card for Apple Pay or Google Pay:
Log in to your Spriggy app.
Tap 'Settings' in the top right hand corner.
Tap 'Help & Legal' and choose 'Contact Member Help'.
Tap 'Send us a message'.
Select ‘Apple Pay or Google Pay’ to start a conversation.
