If you've added your child's Spriggy card to Apple Pay or Google Pay but it needs to be verified before it can be used, our team can help with that.
Before you start
• Make sure you're on the latest version of the Spriggy app.
• Your child's card must have at least $1 on it — verification will fail if the balance is $0.
How to request verification
The fastest way is through the in-app chat — we can see your membership details and action the verification straight away:
1. Open the Spriggy app and log in using your Parent Login.
2. Tap cog icon, then Contact Help.
3. Select Contact Spriggy Member Help.
4. Tap Send us a message and let us know you need help verifying your card for Apple Pay or Google Pay.
One of our Member Help team will be with you as soon as possible. Verification is usually completed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
