Updated over 2 months ago

Things get lost sometimes, we get that. If your child can’t find their Spriggy prepaid Visa card, the first thing to do is lock it from the Primary Parent log in to protect the card from being misused.

To lock and unlock a Spriggy Card:

  1. On the Spriggy app, go to the profile of your child whose card is lost.

  2. Tap ‘Spriggy Card', then ‘Lock’.

  3. If your child finds their card, return to this screen and tap ‘Unlock’.

  4. They can start using their card again straight away.

Here’s how to order a replacement Spriggy card if you need to:

  1. On the Spriggy app, go to the profile of your child whose card is lost.

  2. Tap ‘Spriggy Card', then ‘Manage’.

  3. Select ‘Order a New Card’ and tap to choose your child’s new card design.

  4. Check your address, tap to edit if you need to update your address.

  5. Tap ‘Confirm and Pay’. The $10 charge for the replacement card will come out of your Parent Wallet. Or you can choose to 'Pay from Connected Account'.

If this doesn’t work, it may be because you need to update your Spriggy app to the latest version here:
