Kids lose stuff, we know it’s inevitable. The first thing you should do is to have the Primary Parent lock the Spriggy Card to protect it from any additional purchases.

To lock/unlock a Spriggy Card:

  1. Log in to the Spriggy Pocket Money app using your Parent Login.

  2. From the Home Screen swipe left/right on your children's profiles to the child whose card you wish to lock/unlock.

  3. Tap the child's profile, then 'Card Balance'.

  4. Tap the purple 'Lock' icon seen under the card and confirm you wish to lock the card.

  5. The card can be unlocked at any time afterward, by returning to this screen and tapping 'Unlock".

If you find the Spriggy Card, that’s great!

You can unlock your child's Spriggy Card and get right back to using it as if it never happened.

If it turns out the card has been lost for good or stolen, then the Primary Parent will need to order a Replacement Card.

To order a Replacement Card:

  1. Log in to the Spriggy Pocket Money app using your Parent Login.

  2. From the Home Screen swipe left/right on your children's profiles to the child who you want to order a Replacement Card for and tap their profile.

  3. Tap the child's profile, then 'Card Balance'.

  4. Tap the purple 'Manager' icon seen under the card.

  5. Tap 'Order Replacement Card'.

  6. Tap to select the chosen card design, then tap 'Next'.

  7. Check your postal address and tap the edit pencil to the left to update if required, then tap 'Next'.

  8. Tap 'Confirm and Pay' to have the $10 fee deducted from your Parent Wallet.
Alternatively, tap 'Pay from Connected Account'. to have the $10 fee deducted from your Connected Account.

If any of the steps above don't work for you then you likely just need to update your app and try again.
