Verify your identity - as a regulated financial services provider, we're required to verify the identity of all new parent members before your membership is fully activated. You'll be guided through this in the app, and it only takes a few minutes
Your child’s Spriggy card(s) will already be on the way but once your identity is verified, your membership will be fully active and you will be able to top up your Parent Wallet and activate your child’s card when it arrives.
