Joining Spriggy is easy and only takes a few minutes.
How to sign up
1. Fill in the sign-up form here.
2. Download the Spriggy app — we'll send you an email and SMS with a link once you complete the form.
3. Open the Spriggy app — the in-app guide will walk you through the rest.
4. Verify your identity. As a regulated financial services provider, we're required to verify the identity of all new parent members before your membership is fully activated. This is a quick process in the app and usually only takes a few minutes.
What happens after I verify?
Your child's card(s) will already be on the way. Once your identity is verified, your membership will be fully active — you'll be able to top up your Parent Wallet and activate your child's card when it arrives (usually within 7–10 business days).
Why do I need to verify my identity?
Identity verification (also called KYC — Know Your Customer) has been required for all new Spriggy members since 31 March 2026. This is a standard legal requirement for regulated financial services in Australia, and it helps protect you, your family, and the broader financial system.
