How can my teen withdraw money from an ATM?

Everything you need to know about your teen withdrawing money from an ATM with Spriggy SPRK.

Updated over a week ago

To withdraw money from an ATM:

  1. Insert the Spriggy prepaid VISA card into an ATM. Make sure the chip is facing towards the ATM.

  2. Enter the Spriggy card PIN number. If your teen has forgotten their PIN they (or you) can update it in the Spriggy app.

  3. Select ‘Credit’ from the list of account types.

  4. Select an amount to withdraw.

  5. Confirm… don’t forget to take the cash!

Please note that Spriggy SPRK users are able to withdraw money from ATMs up to a daily limit of $250.

Remember that ATM fees may apply at some ATMs (these are set and charged by the ATM provider, not Spriggy or the product issuer).
