If they have misplaced their Spriggy prepaid VISA card, we’ve got them covered. They can lock the card to prevent any unexpected purchases until they (or you) unlock it again.
To lock/unlock the card in the app:
Log into Spriggy Teens.
Tap 'Card balance'.
Tap ‘Lock’.
The card is now locked and will appear as locked in the app.
While the card is locked, your teen will be unable to purchase anything with their card or make transfers to and from the card. To unlock the card, they should follow the steps above and select ‘Unlock’.
The primary parent can also lock and unlock the Spriggy card. For more detail on how to lock and unlock a Spriggy prepaid VISA card, see this guide. But remember, only the primary parent can lock and unlock your teen’s card, not any additional parent user. If a primary parent locks the teen’s card, the primary parent will also need to unlock it (kids can’t unlock cards that have been locked by parents).
