If they have misplaced their Spriggy prepaid VISA card, we’ve got them covered. They can lock the card to prevent any unexpected purchases until they (or you) unlock it again.
To lock/unlock the card in the app:
Log into Spriggy Teens.
Tap 'Card balance'.
Tap ‘Lock’.
The card is now locked and will appear as locked in the app.
While the card is locked, your teen will be unable to purchase anything with their card or make transfers to and from the card. To unlock the card, follow the steps above and select ‘Unlock’.
