If your child misplaces their card, we’ve got you covered. You can lock their card to prevent any purchases until you unlock it again.
To lock and unlock a Spriggy card as a Primary Parent
Log into Spriggy using your Primary Parent Login.
Select the child whose card you want to lock or unlock.
Tap ‘Card Balance’.
Tap the purple ‘Lock’ icon below their card, then tap ‘Yes, Lock Card’.
To unlock the card, return to this screen and tap ‘Unlock’.
Please note: If you lock your child’s card as a parent, you will also need to unlock it. Kids can’t unlock cards that have been locked by parents.
To lock and unlock a Spriggy card as a child:
Log into Spriggy using your Child Login.
Tap the purple ‘Lock’ icon from the My Spriggy Card screen, then confirm.
To unlock the card, return to this screen and tap ‘Unlock’.
