If your child misplaces their card, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered. The primary parent can lock the card to prevent any purchases and unlock it whenever needed. Just keep in mind that additional parent users won’t have access to this feature.
Follow the below steps to lock or unlock your child’s card:
Log in to your parent profile.
Select your child’s profile and tap Spriggy Card.
Tap Lock.
Swipe to lock or unlock.
