SQR is committed to maintaining the security and integrity of its services. If you believe you have identified a security incident, vulnerability, or suspicious activity relating to SQR, please report it immediately.

How to Report an Incident

Security incidents can be reported to:

When submitting a report, please include:

• A clear description of the issue

• The email address associated with the account, where applicable

• The approximate date and time the issue occurred

• The relying party involved, if relevant

• Any supporting evidence such as screenshots

Incident Handling and Response

All reported incidents are assessed and categorised based on severity. SQR applies the following response and resolution targets:

Critical

Severe compromise of user identity or trust in the platform. Immediate action required.

Response: Within 1 hour

Resolution: Within 1 business day, or as soon as practically possible with continuous progress updates

High

Significant fraud attempt detected. Users may be affected.

Response: Within 4 hours

Resolution: Within 2 business days

Medium

Isolated or low-risk attempt. Monitoring required.

Response: Within 1 business day

Resolution: Within 5 business days

Low

Attempted fraud blocked by controls, minimal risk.

Response: Within 2 business days

Resolution: Reviewed and closed within 7 business days, unless escalation is required
