Why have I not received a mobile/cell phone verification code?

Firstly, please check that you have a phone signal and are receiving messages through your cellular/mobile service provider. If you still haven't received your verification code, please contact support@sqr.id and we'll be happy to help you.

If you have an Isle of Man or USA geographic area code on your mobile phone, you should also receive your verification code via WhatsApp. If you don’t have WhatsApp, you can download the WhatsApp App here:
