What is the validity period of my account, and how is it renewed?

Your account will remain valid and accessible as long as you use it. If your account remains inactive for an extended period, specifically 14 months without any activity, we will close it for security and regulatory purposes in accordance with the DIATF Gamma Framework’s requirements around 'inactive identities'. We will notify you at 14 months inactive to confirm that your account will be closed due to inactivity and you will be required to re-verify your identity to keep your account open. This policy helps keep your personal information safe and ensures our digital identity and verification service meets trusted digital identity standards.
