What is the validity period of my account, and how is it renewed?

Your SQR account will always remain active unless you decide to delete it or we suspect that it has been compromised (in which case the account will be temporarily suspended). If the ID document that you submitted has expired, we’ll prompt you to update this. Please note that in this instance, you will not be able to connect with any new organisations until we have received and successfully verified the new ID document.
