Update Password
If your SQUID account is created with the email sign in option please follow these simple steps to reset your password.
Note: If your account is created with Apple, Google or Facebook you will need to reset your password through their platform
To reset your password click the 'Forgot Password' button.
This will prompt you to enter your email address.
Enter your email address and click 'Reset Password'
Wait for the confirmation to pop up, which says 'Email with Reset link sent'
An email with a password reset link will be sent to your email. (If you do not receive this straight away, please check your junk/spam folder)
Enter your new password and then you will be able to sign back in to your SQUID account.
Note: The link in the password reset email will expire after 10 mins for security reasons. If the link is expired you will need to request a new one.
