🎟️ How to locate your vouchers
You can find all your active vouchers in the Wallet section of the SQUID app.
Open the app and go to your Wallet.
Look for a blue token icon beside a business; this shows that you have one or more vouchers available for that business.
The number underneath the blue token tells you how many vouchers you currently have.
You can also see your vouchers by tapping into a business’s profile via the Discover section. Any available vouchers will be displayed there.
Note: Once a voucher has been redeemed, it will be removed from your wallet and cannot be added back.
My wallet isn't loading correctly, how can I fix it?
Please ensure that your app is on the latest update.
If it is, try logging out of your account and logging back in and that should resolve the issue.
You won't lose any of your existing stamps/vouchers by doing this once you log in with the same details and the same sign-in method.
