Redeeming promo codes
Codes can be redeemed in the account section of the app.
Go to the Account section of the app and press 'Enter a Code'
Enter the code and press 'Claim Code'
Your voucher will then be added to your wallet
Alternatively, you can enter the promo code during the checkout process when purchasing a prepaid voucher.
Note: You may need to verify your phone number before the promo voucher can be redeemed. Additionally, some promo codes are limited to new users, and certain promotions may require a minimum spend (e.g., €100) to unlock bonus points.
