Redeeming a voucher
Note: Once a voucher has been redeemed, it will be removed from your wallet and cannot be added back
When a loyalty card has been filled, you will be notified that a voucher has been added to your wallet.
In your wallet, a blue token will appear beside the business to note that there is a voucher connected to this business. The number of vouchers will be shown by the number underneath the token emoji.
Vouchers can be redeemed in two different ways:
Redeem a voucher through your wallet
When you click into the business through your wallet your vouchers will show under 'Your Vouchers'
Click Redeem Now
You will be prompted to tag the SQUID tag linked to the business
Once you have tapped the SQUID tag, the voucher will be redeemed and a confirmation screen will pop up showing the time and date that the voucher was redeemed as well as a moving confetti animation
You must show this screen to the staff in store to show that your voucher has been redeemed.
Redeem a voucher by tapping the SQUID tag
When you have a voucher in your wallet a pop up will appear the next time you tap the SQUID tag.
The next time you tap the SQUID tag, a pop up will appear with two buttons saying Redeem Now
or
Redeem Later
If you do not want to use your voucher you can click the ‘Redeem Later’ option and redeem it the next time you are in
If you click the ‘Redeem Now’ button, the voucher will be redeemed and a confirmation screen will pop up showing the time and date that the voucher was redeemed as well as a moving confetti animation
You must show this screen to the staff in store to show that your voucher has been redeemed
