If Trusted Devices and Security Questions are enabled, you can use the User Managed Password Reset feature. User Managed Password Reset allows a Worker to reset their own password.

To reset their password, the Worker must enter the verification code that has been sent to a Trusted Device via email or text message along with inputting the correct response to a Security Question.

Note: please be advised that you must choose a password that is different from your last 10 passwords. Also, should be a strong/stronger password for security purpose.
