When using the Australian Medicare invoice in Penelope there is the option to select whether the agency site address or event site address displays on the invoice. This is a global setting and will apply to all Medicare invoices.
How to Configure the Medicare Invoice Address
Follow the steps below to configure which address will be used for your agency:
1. Login to Penelope using your System Administrator login.
2. In the System Setup section select Billing.
3. On the Setting tab select Edit.
4. Check Use Australian Medicare Template (this may already be turned on).
5. Click Save.
6. Select the Document tab select Edit.
7. Choose Agency Address (default) or Event Site Address for Australian Medicare Invoice Template Billing Address.
