Document Setup Page

The Document Setup page allows you to configure some General document settings. You will need to be logged in to Penelope using a System Administrator account to access the Document Setup page.

Edit Document Setup Settings

To edit these settings ensure you are on the Setting tab and click the edit button located in the top right-hand corner of the page. You can edit the fields in the screenshot shown below.

User Defined Tab

Here you can add two drop-down user defined fields. These fields appear when creating a new Document template and can be used to categorize or sort Document templates.

To activate a drop-down field click edit (located in the top right-hand corner of the page) and then check In Use. To edit the drop-down values click Drop Down located next to the field name.
