As of Penelope version 4.14.1.0, it is possible to add a page break to a Document for printing purposes. This function allows you to configure where you would like page breaks to appear in a Document. Previously, you either had to guess by using carriage returns (e.g. hitting the enter key) or by allowing the page to print onto the next page by breaking up text that appeared at the bottom of a page.
Adding a Page Break Section to a Document
Follow the steps below to add a page break to an existing Document using a section:
1. From your My Home page, click Document List in the Setup Sidebar.
2. From the Results section, select the Document you would like to add the page break to.
3. Select Add Element from the Main Body section.
4. Select a Class (i.e. for a page break select Section). Once selected more fields will appear.
5. Enter a Name.
6. Select Insert page break before the section on printed document.
7. Check Number Section if applicable.
8. Select a Sub Element Format if applicable.
9. Enter a Title if applicable.
10. Select a Style if applicable.
11. Enter a Header if applicable.
12. Enter a Footer if applicable.
13. Click Save.

Follow the steps below to add a page break to a new Document using a section:
1. From your My Home page click Document List in the Setup Sidebar.
2. Select the Add New Document from the Results section.
3. Complete the required fields.
4. Click Save.
5. Select Add Element from the Main Body section.
6. Select a Class (i.e. for a page break select Section). Once selected more fields will appear.
7. Enter a Name.
8. Select Insert page break before the section on printed document.
9. Check Number Section if applicable.
10. Select a Sub Element Format if applicable.
11. Enter a Title if applicable.
12. Select a Style if applicable.
13. Enter a Header if applicable.
14. Enter a Footer if applicable.
15. Click Save.

Moving the Page Break Section
Once you have added the page break section you may need to change its location so that the page break is in the correct position when printing.
Follow the steps below to move the page break section up and down as required:
1. From your My Home page click Document List in the Setup Sidebar.
2. Select the Document you would like to add the page break to from the Results section.
3. Select Reorder for the section you would like to move from the Main Body section.
4. Use the arrows to move the page break section up and down as required.
5. Click Save.
