What is a Service Unit Class?

A Service Unit Class is an overarching category to which Service Units can belong to. For example, you may decide to group your Service Units by contact time and non-contact time (e.g. client present and client not present). Service Unit Classes allow you to report on groups of Service Units in addition to specific Service Units.
