The Funder page provides Workers with a snapshot view of a Funder’s profile including information regarding Statements, Contacts, EDI, Account, Collateral Contacts, Population, User Defined fields, Messages etc.
Edit the Funder Profile
To edit the Funder profile and contact information click the edit button located in the top right-hand corner of the page.
Account Information
For more information on the Funder’s Account click here. To open the Account Information page click on the account balance.
Collateral Contacts
Collateral Contacts form a ‘Rolodex’ of external contacts for each funder in Penelope. Here you will find a list of any Collateral Contacts you have on file for the Funder. This may include doctors, therapists, lawyers etc. You also have the option to add additional Collateral Contacts here by clicking the Add link.
Population
If the funder is an EAP (e.g. an employer) and you wish to set a population limit for how many employees can receive funding, click the Add link located in the Population section. The Funder population is used in the EAP Utilization report to calculate the utilization rate (if required) for a period of time (e.g. monthly, yearly etc).
EDI Tab
The Funder’s EDI tab allows you to adjust the Submission and Transmission settings of an EDI file. For more information about the EDI tab and available settings click here.
User Defined Tab
The User Defined tab displays all applicable user defined fields. These can be edited by clicking the edit button located in the top right-hand corner of the page.
Messages Tab
The Messages tab allows you to start a discussion about the Funder with other Workers. For more information on sending messages click here.
