The Organization Data Profile Export provides details of your agency’s user defined fields. You may need to provide this to Penelope Software for custom reporting or data migration purposes.
How to Download
To download your agencies Organization Data Profile Export follow the instructions below.
Login to Penelope using an account that has access to the Setup sidebar (Intake-Mgmt or Admin-Executive).
Open the Setup sidebar on the right-hand side of your My Home screen.
Click Organization Data Profile Export.
The export will download immediately as a CSV file.
