The User Community is a dedicated space to ask questions, troubleshoot, and share ideas with organizations within similar industries. This space is open to all Community Users with access to the User Community. The space is organized and moderated by Bonterra’s customer support teams.
These moderators are in charge of the forum’s success, technical maintenance and enforcing guidelines and policies regarding post creation and member communication. Moderators are responsible for ensuring compliance with the policy and to reduce any tensions between participants.
The purpose of this Terms of Use Policy is to ensure a friendly, supportive, and collaborative environment for all users. It also allows moderators to act when a user is in breach of this policy.
Forum Best Practices
Treat others as you would want to be treated
Misunderstandings on forums are quite common and often due to the difficulty in understanding the implied tone in another user’s statements.
Responding to another user’s comments in a manner contrary to this policy will be viewed by moderators as equally inappropriate and may result in sanctions against all user’s forum privileges. Take extra care to be kind in your comments and never react negatively to comments you perceive as rude or otherwise objectionable.
Do not use abusive or disrespectful behaviour
Disagreements or conflict may arise in the course of a discussion. Please remember to be courteous if your opinion is different from another user.
Search for answers before posting
Chances are if you have a problem or question, you’re not the first. Another user may have posted the same question and received an answer or Bonterra moderators may have covered the subject in an announcement or other forum.
