Troubleshooting: Intake Wizard notes not saving

What's happening:

Notes entered in the Intake Wizard are not appearing in the Notes section on the Profile tab for the Individual Profile that has been created.

Possible solution:

There are two Notes fields available in the Intake Wizard, one for the Individual and one for an associated Collateral Contact. Where the information appears depends on which Notes field is used.

The Notes field under the Other section applies to the Individual and will appear under the Notes section on the Profile tab for the Individual Profile.

The Notes field under the Add Collateral Contact section applies to the Collateral Contact.

If no information is entered into the rest of the Add Collateral Contact section then the information entered into this field will be lost, but entering at least a Type and Name will create a Collateral Contact entry and this field will be included there.
