Centralized Email Sending
Updated over 10 months ago

Improved and simple email integration allows Penelope System Administrators to quickly and easily setup email sending managed by Bonterra! This will lift burden on internal IT to manage their own SMTP email server for Penelope, allowing organizations to focus on providing service to participants.

System Administrator Setup

A new setting called Send E-mail Using has been added on External Communications setup. This setting has two options My own Email Server and SendGrid. Upon upgrade to 4.23.5.0 this will be defaulted to My own Email Server to retain your External Communications setup (if you previously had this enabled).

โ€‹NOTE: As of v4.24.11.0 the Send From email will be no-reply@socialsolutions.com and can no longer be edited/changed for customers utilizing SendGrid for External Communications. This is to remain compliant with the SendGrid terms and conditions.
