Penelope training is available through Bonterra Academy, where you can access self-paced courses that can be completed at any time.
Note: If you previously used Litmos, you will now access training and certification exclusively through Bonterra Academy. A sign-up code is no longer required.
To get started with Penelope training, reach out to the Support team to have your Bonterra Academy account set up.
Once your account is created and you have set your password, you can log in and begin training immediately
Step 1: Navigate to Bonterra Academy
After your account has been set up, follow these steps to access training.
Open the following link in your browser: https://academy.bonterratech.com/
Step 2: Sign in to Bonterra Academy
Select "Sign In" in the upper-right corner of the page.
On the next page, select "Bonterra Academy Log in".
Then, enter your email and password.
Step 5: Choose your course
From the Course Library, select the "Penelope" Topic filter to view available free Penelope trainings.
Then, select "View Course" to register for the free course and begin learning right away.
