Users working with the DSS module may see the following errors appear --

Ping returned unsuccessful without reason when attempting a ping on the DSS Setup page on the System Admin side.

No User account found for Sys-Dex-WSP-#######@gateway.local when attempting to update a record or sync a new record to the DEX portal.

Historically these errors have appeared due to temporary DEX portal account access issues.
