Your accounting integration surfaces vital information to you and your investors, powers reporting and forecasting, and populates revenue, gross margin, operating expense, and net income in your dashboard. Sometimes, the link drops as the integration provider or your accounting system provider makes changes.

If you linked your accounting system, but the data isn't flowing to your dashboard, then your accounting link is likely down.
You can confirm by navigating to the Settings page by clicking Settings on the navigation bar, or by clicking Manage on the right hand side of the accounting metrics panel on the Overview page, then navigating to Integrations on the top menu bar.
If you see the below emblems for your respective accounting system, then your account is disconnected.
Click the Disconnect button
After, you should see the standard link screen. Re-Link your prior system! ๐
