Here are the steps to onboard:
You should receive an email invitation to connect with your investor on Standard Metrics. Once you've received an email invitation to sign up, make sure to sign up with the email address that was sent the invitation.
Note: If you try to login with an email address that has not been invited to the platform, you will be directed to a page to 'request a demo'. If you see this page, it means you are using an email address that has not been invited to the platform.
You can log in to the platform through Gmail, Microsoft, or via magic link (you will enter your email address and receive a one-time link to your inbox).
Next, you will be brought into the onboarding flow. You have the option to add an accounting integration. This is entirely optional. Simply click Complete to continue on to the platform without integrating with your accounting software. You can always add/manage integrations later within Settings.
Once you are in the platform, you have successfully set up your company profile.
