The Insights page gives you a look into your standing on the website across 5 different metrics over the last 14 days.
5 Metrics on Your Insights Page
First Session Reliability
First Session Reliability measures how reliably you are able to quickly get players into your games, after they request to join. Players who have a verified session with you within 14 days of their request to join the game will positively impact this metric, so do your best to respond quickly, and get new players started as soon as possible!
Retention Rate
Retention Rate measures if your players are continuing to play more sessions, either with you, or another Game Master/Dungeon Master. Players who book another game on the site within 14 days of their last transaction with you will increase your Retention Rate.
Always give your players an awesome experience at your table, encouraging them to want to play again, and your Retention Rate will continue to go up!
Onboarding Success Rate
Onboarding Success Rate measures how likely a brand new player is to play in a second session after their first game on the website. If you are the first person that a player plays with on the site, and they have a second verified session within 14 days of their first one, your Onboarding Success Rate will be positively impacted.
Tilt Rate
Tilt Rate measures how reliably you are able to quickly start a game, after the first player requests to join. Adventures that have at least one verified session within 14 days of the first player requesting to join, will positively impact this metric, so always do your best to get games started quickly once a player requests to join!
Time to Tilt
Time to Tilt measures the time it takes for a game to have its first verified session, after the first player requests to join. The sooner you are able to get a game started with your players, the better this number will be!

Why does a metric show 0% or a low number?
Some metrics will naturally show 0% or low figures depending on how you run your games. This doesn't mean something is wrong! Here's what to expect for each:
Onboarding Success Rate shows 0%
This is the most common source of confusion. Onboarding Success Rate only tracks players who have never played on the website before. It measures whether your table is their first experience on the platform, and whether that experience was good enough to bring them back.
If you primarily run games with returning players rather than brand new ones, your Onboarding Success Rate will show 0%, and that's completely expected.
It's not a reflection of your games' quality. It simply means you aren't being measured on this metric right now because the conditions that trigger it (a first-time website user at your table) haven't occurred in the last 14 days.
Example: If you have 1,200+ sessions and 100+ five-star reviews, you can still show 0% Onboarding Success Rate if your table is made up entirely of return players. That 0% is accurate, it just doesn't apply to your situation.
Tilt Rate shows a low percentage
Tilt Rate measures how often your games reach their first verified session within 14 days of the first player joining. A lower Tilt Rate typically means one of the following:
Your games are scheduled further out than 14 days from when players sign up
You have games in Pending status waiting to reach minimum player count
If you schedule games well in advance or run longer-fill campaigns, a lower Tilt Rate may simply reflect your booking style rather than a problem to fix.
Retention Rate is lower than expected
Retention Rate tracks whether your players go on to book another game on the website within 14 days of their last session with you or any other person.
If a player takes a longer break between games, or plays infrequently, they won't contribute to this metric even if they had a great experience at your table.
If you run long campaigns with established players, Retention Rate can appear low simply because satisfied players aren't urgently booking their next game within the 14-day window.
First Session Reliability is lower than expected
This metric can dip if you have open adventures that are taking longer to fill, or if there's a gap between when a player requests to join and when the next session is scheduled. Keeping your adventure schedules current and responding promptly to join requests will help keep this metric healthy.
