My review was flagged. What does that mean?
If your review has been flagged, it means a Game Master has asked the StartPlaying team to investigate whether it violates our Review Policy.
What happens while it's under review?
While a review is under investigation, it is temporarily removed from the Game Master's profile.
If the review does not violate policy, it is immediately put back on the Game Master's profile.
How long does a review investigation take?
Review investigations typically take 1–3 business days, though complex cases may take a little longer.
You don't need to follow up. The team will reach out if they need anything from you.
What if my review is removed?
If you believe the removal was a mistake, you can contact support with the subject line "Review Removal Appeal". Please include:
The name of the GM whose profile the review appeared on
A brief explanation of why you believe the removal was incorrect
Any supporting context you'd like the team to consider
📌 Remember: A review that is honest, reflects your genuine experience, and follows the Review Policy will not be removed even if it is negative.
