Devon, Hunter, and Sarah host these onboardings! They are members of our Support Goblins team and help with Customer Experience for StartPlaying.
What do you cover in the webinar?
We'll cover the main tools and features of StartPlaying that GMs need to know, along with sharing some tips and tricks for success.
How long is the webinar?
The webinar is 1 hour long! Webinars may run slightly long depending on the number of questions at the end, but you are welcome to leave at the end of the hour.
Does the webinar cost anything to join?
Nope! The webinar is totally free to join.
Do I have to do the webinar?
Nope! It's highly recommended you join one so you learn best practices platform and what has worked for other GMs in the past, but it is not mandatory to join one.
What platform do you use to host the webinar?
The webinar is run through Zoom! The main features of Zoom you'll need to know to participate are:
To mute and un-mute, click the Microphone icon on the left side of the toolbar
To send a message in Chat, click on “Chat” in the toolbar, type your message, then hit “Enter” to send
To raise your virtual hand, click on “Reactions” in the toolbar, then click “Raise Hand”
Once your hand is up, to lower your virtual hand, click on “Lower Hand”
Being on camera or using your mic are not required, but definitely encouraged to help out our hosts feel like they're not just talking into the void ❤️
