This article is intended to show how to copy and move Standard and Custom Forms ahead to use in the current year. Forms is located on the association page on the left hand column of icons.
Copying Standard Forms
1. Change the year to the previous year (a -1 will be highlighted in yellow to indicate the previous year) to locate the form you wish to copy forward.
2. To copy a standard form, click on the "Copy Form" button on the top right of the page. Then select the form you wish to copy from the dropdown list.
3. Make adjustments to the name of the form and put into the correct school year along with other changes you wish to make.
Copying Custom Forms
1. The process for copying a custom form is similar. The "Copy a Form" button here is located on the left side above the forms list and functions as a drop down with the list of forms that you can copy.
2. The form should copy into the list of Custom Forms with the word "copy" at the end. Click the pencil icon to edit the form. Change the name, adjust the school year, and make any other changes you need to make to the form and hit save.
3. Make sure your form is set to open, or you set the start time and date you wish it to appear on the desired location.
Attaching a custom form:
1. If you wish to attach a custom form to a standard form, open the standard form by clicking on the edit icon.
2. Scroll down to where it says Attached Custom Form and attach the desired form and click Save Form.
NOTE: The status of the custom form should be set to "pending" if it is an attached form. It will be fillable on the standard form that is set to open, but this will prevent the custom form from appearing separately from the standard form on the page.
